Influence of Titanium Oxide on Structure, Corrosion and Soldering Properties of Sn82Bi15Zn3 Alloy_ Crimson Publishers

Influence of Titanium Oxide on Structure, Corrosion and Soldering Properties of Sn82Bi15Zn3 Alloy by Abu Bakr El-Bediwi* in Research & Development in Material Science_ Materials Science and Technology

Abstract
Our work study the effect of titanium oxide on structure, soldering properties such as melting temperature, wetting process and corrosion behavior of Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy. Microstructure of Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy changed after adding different ratio from titanium oxide. Lattice microstrain of Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy varied (increased) after adding titanium oxide. Melting temperature of Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy varied after adding Ti2O. Sn81.4Bi15Zn3(Ti2O)0.6 alloy has low melting temperature. The contact angle Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy decreased after adding different ratio from titanium oxide. Corrosion resistance of Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy varied (increased) after adding Ti2O. From our results, soldering properties (melting temperature and contact angle) and corrosion resistance of Sn82Bi15Zn3 alloy improved after adding Ti2O.

Introduction
Soldering is a low temperature metallurgical joining process. In electronics applications low temperature and reversibility are especially important because of the materials involved and the necessity for reworking and making engineering changes. Solder joining is a wetting process followed by a chemical reaction. Wettability is a function of the materials to be joined, with Cu, Ni, Au, and Pd, as well as alloys rich in one or more of these metals, being particularly amenable to soldering. The chemical reaction following wetting is between the molten solder and the joining metallurgy to form an intermetallic phase region at the interface. Microstructure, wettability and physical properties of Sn96-xZn4Bix alloys are reported by El-Bediwi et al. [1]. The melting temperature of Sn96Zn4 alloy decreased after adding bismuth. But contact angle of Sn96Zn4 alloy varied after adding bismuth. Adding silver caused a significant increase in bismuth-tin-zinc alloy strengthens with a little decreased in melting temperature [2]. El-Bediwi et al. [2] reported that, there is a significant decrease in melting temperature of bismuth-tin-zinc alloy with a very little increase in strengthens after adding indium. Microstructure, thermal parameters, wettability and electrochemical corrosion process of Bi30Sn50Sb10A15Zn3Cu2, Bi25Sn61Sb5Zn4Al3Ag2, and Bi20Sn60Sb7A15Zn3Cd3Cu2, alloys have been studied [3]. Microstructure, wettability behavior, corrosion parameters, thermal properties of quaternary bismuth- tin based alloy have been investigated using different experimental techniques and the results show that, some properties of Bi60Sn40 alloy improved after adding Sb-Zn or Sb-Ag elements [4]. Tin- zinc eutectic alloy has been considered as a candidate for lead free solder materials because of its low melting point, excellent mechanical properties and low cost [5-7]. Mostly solders are based on Sn-containing binary and ternary alloys. Several elements have been selected as alloying elements such as Zn, Bi, Cu, Ag, Sb and so on [8-10]. Specific researchers [11-15] reported that, tin- zinc eutectic solder alloy is poor wettability, reliability, strength, easy oxidation and microvoid formation. To avoid these disadvantages or improve the properties of it, they added minor amount of Bi, Cu, In, Ag, Al, Ga, Sb, Cr, Ni, Ge elements to develop ternary and even quaternary Pb free alloys. The aim of our work was to study the effect of titanium dioxide on microstructure, soldering properties and corrosion of tin bismuthzinc alloy

The Fermentation Culprit_ Crimson Publishers

The Fermentation Culprit by Helen Northcott* in COJ Nursing & Healthcare_ Nursing Healthcare Open Access Journal

Abstract

Sitting down to a meal and a glass of wine may seem like you will be well nourished. Most do not care about its nutrients as long as it tastes good. At times indigestion bothers us and we reach for immediate relief. We may wonder what was eaten to cause heartburn and indigestion, but we really don’t know. Well, today is your lucky day in that I will share with you the culprit of fermentation

Realizing that those in the food industry want you to buy their product, they may withhold the truth about the processing process. Preserving food has been going on for centuries and the end always justified the means of doing it. Learning about the byproducts of fermentation was not given that much attention, nor was it suspected that it was harmful

Here in Vineland, Ontario the peach and cherry trees will soon be blossoming and providing much beauty to enjoy for a few weeks. Soon the vineyards will be producing leaves and grapes for harvesting. Unfortunately, the fruit of the vine does not provide the biggest market for the farmers. Wineries are spotted all throughout the Niagara area turning it into a tourist area. Time spent In this lovely area can soon turn into troublesome times due to the alcohol content in the wine.

Food and beverages without any kind of fermentation is the most nutritious food for the body and the mind to maintain good health. Changing the molecular structure of food causes it not to be easily digested. Wine with its alcohol content attacks the brain and the body, harming its ability to function well. If you looked at a wine calorie chart you would see the calories ranging from 111 to 275 in a 6 oz or 177 mi glass or bottle. The sweeter the grapes the high the alcohol content in the wine

Now for a look at the harmful effect of fermented foods. Fermentation has harmful properties and foods are heavily salted or preserved with vinegar which makes them harmful. When food ferments, decomposes or rots it produces waste products that produce bacteria which breaks down the food. There are several byproducts and one is alcohol and a small amount of it affects the cells of the body. Ammonia is a byproduct of fermentation and is as dangerous as a house cleaning agent. Fermentation also causes the waste product, vinegar which is acetic acid, and it gives the food a sour or sharp taste-a sure sign it should not be eaten. Vinegar prevents the digestion of food. If your muscles feel sore or stiff, it may be a result of lactic acid, so do not eat foods high in the waste byproducts.

Fermented foods are low in nutrition and when cut, chopped or sliced they start to ferment due to rapid oxidation. Eating the salad first is important so you enjoy their freshness and good nutritional content. B12 is lowered by fermented foods along with vitamins and minerals. Being aware of the damage of fermentation and its byproducts can help you make better choices when eating and drinking. Choose wisely and live well.

The Direct Anterior Approach for Total Hip Arthroplasty Without Specific Table: Surgical Approach and Our Seven Years of Experience_ Crimson Publishers

The Direct Anterior Approach for Total Hip Arthroplasty Without Specific Table: Surgical Approach and Our Seven Years of Experience by Klemen Bedencic* in Researches in Arthritis & Bone Study_ Journal of arthritis bone disease

Abstract
Background: The Direct Anterior Approach (DAA) for Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) has been gaining popularity in recent years because it is the only approach performed in both the intermuscular and the interneural planes. The number of academic articles about DAA is increasing, but still a number of authors continue to question the safety of this approach and its utilization on a day-to-day basis as a standard approach, especially because of the associated steep learning curve. In this article we describe our surgical technique and present lessons learnt from seven years of uniformly excellent experience with DAA.

Materials and Methods: The key technical steps of our surgical technique are described below: namely, surgical exposure, acetabular preparation, femoral preparation, trial reduction and definite prosthesis insertion, wound closure, and rehabilitation. We present DAA with the patient in the supine position on a regular orthopaedic table, both legs are draped free. For femoral exposure, the leg operated upon is placed in the “Figure 1” position.

Result: Between November 2010 and June 2017, we have performed 1528 THA using DAA. In the last year 400 cases, there were 379 primary THA and 21 revisions. Patients are mobilized the same day and the average length of hospitalization is three days. We observe on average ten calcar fractures per year, which can either be merely kept under observation or fixed with a single cortical screw. The rate of prosthesis dislocation is significantly below 0.5% and the rate of deep infection remained as low as with the previous approaches used.

Conclusion: In our opinion, DAA is the best approach for THA because it is the only truly minimally invasive one. It causes fewer dislocations, minimizes postoperative pain and enables faster rehabilitation without the stricter limitations when compared to other approaches

‘’Two Trajectories’’ A Promise of Reform and Ashaaram Pattern_ Crimson Publishers

‘’Two Trajectories’’ A Promise of Reform and Ashaaram Pattern by Rahul Hajare* in Degenerative Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities_ Journal of Intellectual Disabilities

Abstract
The working of social and economic institutions, inequality is also a product of the way political institutions work. Government has known to serve the interest of economics elites and this most often works to the detriment of common people. This refers to the article ‘’Two trajectories’’ A Promise of reform and Ashaaram Pattern, what others do. A molar leadership deficit, our political leaders choose not to speak on certain issues. But they are forgetting that they have a molar responsibility towards domestic violence testing among divorced women begins privately manage pharmaceutical intuition associated to slums occupied area in Pune University, India. The horrific incidence in kathua and unnao has shown us the ugliest side of the country’s politician. The right procedure is not followed for the enquiry of the domestic violence and his contention by government police. The term intimate partner violence is often used synonymously with domestic abuse or domestic violence, but it specifically refers to violence occurring within a couple relationships (i.e., marriage, non-cohabitating intimate partners). To these, the World Health Organization (WHO) adds controlling behaviours as a form of abuse. Intimate partner violence has been observed in opposite and same-sex relationships, and in the former instance by both men against women and women against men
