Late Spontaneous Posterior Dislocation of Intraocular Lens (IOL) - Case Report_Crimson Publishers

Cataract surgeries have undergone a great evolution over a period of time. This evolution helped in reducing the overall rate of spontaneous dislocation of Intra Ocular Lens (IOL) and provide a standard management for cataracts. Until in recent times, cases have been reported with spontaneous dislocation of IOL. This spontaneous dislocation of the intra ocular lens (IOL) with intact capsular bag can be typically seen in conditions resulting from zonular insufficiency and zonulysis [1]. This has usually been associated with conditions like, posterior capsular rent, post ND: YAG laser, trauma, pseudo exfoliation, myopia and other risk factors [2-5]. Although, IOL dislocation can occasionally occur in a spontaneous manner without any predisposing factors [5-10].
The following is a rare case of late spontaneous posterior dislocation of IOL in the vitreous chamber without any predisposing factors and its management.

India and Bangladesh are, respectively, the upstream and the downstream riparian countries of the Ganges Teesta Brahmaputra Meghna river system. Bangladesh acts as the outlet of their water discharges. India has built a unique ring of dams and barrages along the border of the two countries on more than 50% of the 58 common rivers to let out the flood season water that she fails to accommodate and to stop flow the lean season water. Also, she has built dams on nearly all the tributaries of the Ganges. Bangladesh presented a plan to India on building reservoirs in Nepal to solve the water shortage problems and have other benefits. But India was adamant that she was not going to bring Nepal to solve the water problem. Rather, she prepared an accounting of Bangladesh's water need based on the population and areas in the Ganges Padma, the Brahmaputra Jamuna, and the Surma Meghna River sub basins which would be subversive to the ecosystems if Bangladesh had accepted

Saffron is one of the important niche crops of the state. Saffron (Crocus sativus) is the most expensive spice of the world and is regarded as the king of spices. Apart from Iran and Spain, Kashmir has the highest production of saffron. It is an important niche crop that is grown in the Pulwama district of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Saffron is known by several names-Zafran, Kesar, Kong, Kong Posh etc. Kang posh, the flowers of Saffron is a symbol of freshness and purity and the stigma-the female reproductive part is the main economic product. Kashmir is known as the valley of flowers. Among different types of flowers grown here, saffron has got a unique importance and utility. Historically, the cultivation of saffron started before three or four centuries in Arabia and Spain. After that, its cultivation spread in Iran, Sweden and India. Presently, saffron cultivation is a great commercial activity. This activity is also known as "Golden Zest" in Indian agriculture

Resilience (m) often used to characterize reservoirs as within or over year systems describes how quickly a system is likely to recover from failure. This study characterize the Kainji reservoir system adopting Vogel stedinger relationship on reservoir resilience and boundary conditions. Inflows data between 1990 2014 obtained from Kainji Dam hydrological station were used in characterizing the reservoir system. The demand levels were hypothetically fixed at 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 in line with reservoir boundary conditions

A relatively recent recognized hazardous waste product comes from discarded electrical and electronic equipment and is categorized as E-waste. E-Waste is chemically and physically distinct from other forms of household wastes. It contains both valuable and hazardous materials that require special handling and recycling methods to avoid environmental contamination and detrimental effects on human health. The chemical composition of E-waste varies with the development of new technologies. E-waste contains valuable metals (Ag, Au, Cu, Pt, In, Ga, etc.) as well as potential environmental contaminants, especially Pb, Sb, Hg, Cd, Ni, As, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). In addition to the discarded electrical and electronic equipment, the other E-waste materials will come from the Photovoltaic Cell (PV) used for the conversion of sunlight into electricity. As of now global installed PV capacity is around 300GW and is expected to further rise to 4,500GW by 2050. At the end of their life these PV will be treated as E-waste

Early discovery of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis is becoming more relevant because of enhanced incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma. There a many underlying factors in developing liver fibrosis (i.e. viral hepatitis, steatohepatitis). Diagnosis of liver fibrosis is difficult; chronic liver failure and less distinct fibrosis stages can be underestimated, when laboratory routine parameters and native ultrasound of the liver are unsuspicious. Liver biopsy is a common element of diagnostic workup in hepatic cirrhosis, alongside clinical examination and abdominal ultrasound, and is the accepted diagnostic gold standard. But there is no unitary system of histological classification used to evaluate the degree of fibrosis, and individual systems are often validated only for individual disease entities. On the other hand liver biopsy is of less tolerance for patients. In the last years serological markers for detecting liver fibrosis were developed with different validity. Various imaging modalities have been proposed as methods for assessing liver fibrosis by liver stiffness measurement.
