Extraction of Eco-friendly Natural Dyes from Tradescantia pallida Purpurea and Cynomorium coccineum Growing Naturally in Tunisia - Crimson Publishers

Extraction of Eco-friendly Natural Dyes from Tradescantia pallida Purpurea and Cynomorium coccineum Growing Naturally in Tunisia by Mahjoub Jabli* in Trends in Textile Engineering & Fashion Technology

Natural  dyes  are  considered  as  promising  choice  to  develop  green  textile  dyeing  process.  In  this  framework,  different  parts  of  various  plants  constitute potential sources of natural dyes that are characterized by their easy availability and abundant nature. In this present work, Tradescantia pallida  purpurea and Cynomorium  coccineum are considered, for the first time, as sources of natural dyes for textile dyeing. Their prepared aqueous methanolic  extracts  were  chemically  characterized  for  Their  Total  Phenolic  Contents (TPC), Total  Flavanoid  Contents  (TFC)  and  for  their  ability  to  quench reactive species through the DPPH* radical scavenging activity.

A Case Report of Sub Periosteal Abscess - Crimson Publishers

A Case Report of Sub Periosteal Abscess by Amit Saini, Rajender Parshad, Munish Kumar Saroch* and Gaveshna Gargi in Research in Medical & Engineering Sciences

Acute and chronic rhino sinusitis are amongst the most frequently encountered conditions by the otolaryngologist in dayto- day practice. These are usually easily manageable with proper and effective antibiotic therapy and decongestants. However, despite widely available appropriate antibiotics, the otolaryngologist often finds himself face-to-face with complications of sinusitis especially in the pediatric population. These may affect the soft tissues, bones, the orbit and even the brain with a possible fatal or functionally impairing outcome (visual loss) at times. Here we present a case of orbital complication secondary to frontoethmoidal sinusitis.

Understanding Online Social Networking in Terms of Mental Health: A Boon or Bane? - Crimson Publishers

Online social networking is a fastest growing medium for connecting people with each other defying the physical barrier. The social networking can be a good support system to some of its users and help them get over their fear and anxieties of social interaction. There is research which suggests that self esteem and personality of the users determine the way an individual uses the online social networking and it is suggested that use of social networking sites may be associated with depression.

Synthesis, Characterization, and Evaluation of the In-vitro Antimicrobial Efficacy of Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Bark-Extract- Mediated_Journal of medical sciences and clinical research_Crimson Publishers

Cinnamomum zeylanicum have lot-of biological activities including antimicrobial, antioxidant and antifungal properties. Furthermore, cytotoxic and apoptotic activities of several constituents were identified throughout its biological properties. Bark of Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Lauraceae) collected respectively at Nanotechnology laboratory (ANGRAU, Tirupathi, India). In this study, microbiological aspects of scale formation in PVC pipelines bacteria and fungi were isolated. Stable Zn nanoparticles were formed by treating 90ml of 1mm zinc nitrate aqueous solution with 10ml of 10% bark extract. The formation of Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark extract mediated zinc nanoparticles (CZnNPs) was confirmed by UV-visible spectroscopic analysis and recorded the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) at 270nm.

Nursing and Technology Foresight in Futures of a Complex World_Journal of Medical Sciences & Health_Crimson Publishers

Medical technology is one of the foundations health care systems in the world. Patient care technology has become increasingly complex and medical technology has improved health care efficiency, quality safety and cost. However, it is shown in patient care centers that current technology alone is not enough. Up to now several tools were originally created for morbid monitoring e.g. pain scale and bedsores protection to help patients communicate about their pain.

Creativity in Family Medicine - Crimson Publishers

The concept of creativity is important in medicine, especially in family medicine, to stimulate new ideas about research and patients care. Family medicine is the art of working with creativity. This concept can be difficult to explain and understand. This characteristic is presented based on a fable or tale “the fable of the golf ball and the penguin”. The fable is an adult education method which can serve to intuitively understand abstract concepts, by linking them to specific situations, and so to facilitate their assimilation.

A Discourse about Autism Spectrum Disorders from the Aspect of Gender Relevancies of Biopsychology and Brain Research - Crimson Publishers

Asperger-autism (in its earlier name “autistic psychopaty”) has been scientifically considered as a type of „male-brain disorder” since 1991 (Baron-Cohen theory). One reason for this is that these patients produce extremely low results, their divergent functions are hindered and the proportion of male-female is approximately 6:1 with this disease. Our article though mainly focuses on the childhood psychotic autists (thinking of Kanner syndrome and Rett-syndrome) with whom the convergent functions are damaged and divergent functions even more looking at them from a personality psychological perspective.
