Estimation of The Lattice Parameters, Crystallite Size and Internal Micro Strain of Cu1-Xinxse2 Thin Films by Williamson-Hall Method_ Crimson Publishers

Estimation of The Lattice Parameters, Crystallite Size and Internal Micro Strain of Cu1-Xinxse2 Thin Films by Williamson-Hall Method by Korablev Grigory Andreevich* in Determinations in Nanomedicine & Nanotechnology_ Journal of Nanotechnology

Abstract
In this work, Cu1-xInxSe2 thin films have been grown on heated glass substrates using chemical spray pyrolysis. Characterizations and compositional analysis of Cu1-xInxSe2 thin films were obtained by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Electron Dispersion Analysis (EDX). Microstructure parameters as a function of Cu/In and the substrate temperature (Tsub) in the range of 548K to 623K have been study. Williamson-Hall method has been used to determine the crystallite size, microstrain. XRD revealed that a polycrystalline CuInSe2 thin films with the hexagonal structure having preferential growth along the <002> direction. At the Cu/In ratio increased, improved of the degree of crystallinity and decrement of both, the lattice parameters and volume of unit cell. Also, the crystallite size was found to be increased and decreased with the growth temperature. On the contrary, the microstrain values were decreasing with the growth temperature and Cu/In ratio were increasing

Copper Indium di-Selenide (CIS) is one of the most promising semiconductor materials used in solar cells in recent years due to its favorable electrical and optical properties, durability and cost-effectiveness [1-5]. CuInSe2 is a member of the I-III-VI2 semiconductor group and is present in the chalcopyrite phase of the zinc blende family [4]. Various methods such as Molecular Been Epitaxial (MBE) [6], flash vaporation [7,8], multi-source evaporation [9], single-source evaporation [10], RF-sputtering [11], spray pyrolysis [12,13], Chemical precipitation [14] and Stacked Elemental Layer (SEL) [15,16] were developed to synthesize CuInSe2 thin films

Entropy and Fractals_ Crimson Publishers

Entropy and Fractals by Korablev Grigory Andreevich* in Integrative Journal of Conference Proceedings_ Journal of Scientific Conference Proceedings

Abstract
The resonance stationary state of structural processes takes place under the condition of equality of degrees of corpuscular and wave interactions. The fractal structures are formed under the condition of equilibrium statistic interaction of entropic and negentropic characteristics of all particles. Such principle is realized not only for snowflakes but also in many other natural phenomena, for example, during the cloud formation and even during dust concentration in premises. This condition is also fulfilled in microworld that is confirmed by the equations of Plank’s constant, fine structure constant and for number. The conclusions obtained can be used in practice to search for optimal technological solutions

where W-number of available states of the system or degree of the degradation of microstates; k-Boltzmann’s constant. These correlations are general assertions of macroscopic character, do not contain any references to the structure elements of the systems considered and they are completely independent of microscopic models. Therefore, the application and consideration of these laws can result in a large number of consequences. The thermodynamic probability W is the main characteristic of the process. In actual processes in the isolated system the entropy growth is inevitable-disorder and chaos increase in the system; the quality of internal energy goes down. Thermodynamic probability equals the number of microstates corresponding to the given macrostate. An analysis was made of the nature of the change in the value of potential energy by its sign for various potential fields

Inhibiting Effect of Different Carboxylic Acid on Uncatalysed and Co2O3 Catalysed Autoxidation of SO2 in Alkaline Medium- Brief Comparison_ Crimson Publishers

Inhibiting Effect of Different Carboxylic Acid on Uncatalysed and Co2O3 Catalysed Autoxidation of SO2 in Alkaline Medium- Brief Comparison by Prasad DSN* in Annals of Chemical Science Research_ chemical sciences journal

Abstract
The study of air pollution has been the interest area to the scientific community, since the end of the World War II. The earliest perceived problems were those related to the incomplete combustion of coal, soot and ash abounded in the major industrial cities of the world [1-5]. The oxidation of sulfur dioxide has been one of the most frequently studied reactions in aqueous atmospheric droplets. Three reaction pathways are considered to be dominantly responsible for oxidation of SO2 in atmospheric water droplets. These are the oxidation of dissolved SO2 by H2O2, O3 and O2 in the presence of transition metal ions as catalysts [6-10]. Recent studies show that the sulfur (IV) oxidation in atmospheric water droplets can be affected by other reactions. Organic compounds may dissolve into water droplets and react with sulfoxy radicals and transition metal ions, and thus alter the rate of catalytic S(IV) oxidation [11-15]. In most of the studies the role of organics has been reported in the metal ion catalysed autoxidation of sulfur (IV) in aqueous medium [16-17]. Very few studies are available on the role of organics on the metal oxide catalysed autoxidation of sulfur (IV) in aqueous medium. This led us to investigate the kinetics of sulfur (IV) autoxidation catalyzed by Co2O3 in the pH range 7.8-9.4. and the effect of various carboxylic acids have been studied in alkaline media to delineate the nature of the mechanism

Wound Bed Preparation: Standards of Care and Predictability of the Healing Time of Chronic Wounds_ Crimson Publishers

Wound Bed Preparation: Standards of Care and Predictability of the Healing Time of Chronic Wounds by Erind Ruka* in Orthoplastic Surgery & Orthopedic Care International Journal_ Orthopedic Care International Journal

Abstract
We intend to highlight the need to establish a hypothetical time of healing for chronic wounds. Such innovative aspect within the TIME acronym [tissue, infection/inflammation, moisture balance and edge of wound] is based on a more correct analysis of the general and local symptoms that the patient presents, classifying them in different ways according to their characteristics. The analysis of medical history, pathogenesis and clinical leads to a total score that can direct the clinician to choose principals important and aggressive that can be used according to basic concepts

Background
To predict the healing time for each patient is not always a simple task. The healing process is the result of a complex interaction between factors related to injury, the treatment used, skills and knowledge of the nursing staff. The best way to shorten the healing time is an accurate staging of the lesion [therefore a proper understanding of the gravity of the wound] and then the decision of the most appropriate therapy. In the last twenty years there have been great strides in the understanding of the biological mechanisms involved in repairing wounds, so now more than ever we have the means necessary to assume a time of complete healing as accurate as possible [1].

Innovative Surgical Technique in the Management of Vallecular Cyst_ Crimson Publishers

Innovative Surgical Technique in the Management of Vallecular Cyst by Munish Kumar Saroch* in Open Access Research in Anatomy_ Journal of Anatomy

Abstract
A retention cyst arising from the left vallecula in 47 year old man was surgically excised using an Eve’s tonsillar snare and there was no recurrence

Among the benign lesions in the larynx and laryngopharynx, cystic lesions are common entities. Vallecular cysts are usually retention cysts of the minor salivary glands. An innovative method of surgical treatment of one such case is presented here.

A 47 year old man presented with difficulty in swallowing for the last 8 months for solid and liquid foods, h/o change in voice for the last 6 months. Preliminary examination and indirect laryngoscopy revealed 3cm x 4cm swelling in the region of left half of vallecula. Tracheostomy of patient was done and general anesthesia was given through it. Then direct laryngoscopy was done in morning sniffing position which showed the cystic mass arising from the vallecula. Keeping in mind the conventional modalities of treatment like marsupialisation, deroofing etc. we decided to remove vallecular cyst by snaring.

Bioremediation of Agro-Wastewater of Poultry in a Microbial Fuel Cell_ Crimson Publishers

Bioremediation of Agro-Wastewater of Poultry in a Microbial Fuel Cell by Livinus A Obasi* in Journal of Biotechnology & Bioresearch_ Journal of Biotechnology

Abstract
The study shows the possibility of degrading pollution physico-chemical parameters present in agro wastewater (poultry) in a microbial fuel cell with microorganisms operating in an anaerobic condition. Three similar cells designed and operated with different Proton Exchange Membranes (PEM) makeups: clay-based (CBP) whose strength and stability were modified with sodium alginate (C6NaH7O6) n and subjected to varying degrees of temperatures ranging from 200 °C to 600 °C and applied in (MFC-1, MFC-2 and MFC-3. The cells were operated for 20 days at influent BOD and COD of 493mg/l and 2052mg/l respectively. The study showed a reduction in the turbidity, pH, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and salinity of the wastewater. After twenty days of operation, the BOD removal efficiencies of the three reactors were 72%, 82% and 84% respectively, whereas the COD removal efficiencies were 38%, 57% and 60% respectively. The study also shows that the MFC-3 at 6000C PEM preparation condition gave the optimum performance giving the lowest values of the various wastewater pollution parameters. This clearly suggests that within the conditions of the experimentation process, clay performs optimally in proton transfer from the anode chamber to the cathode chamber of a microbial fuel cell at higher temperatures due to increase in cation exchange capacity
